NEZ PERCE FIGHTING TAR SANDS

An attempt to haul mega loads of equipment through Northern Idaho and Montana to the Alberta tar sands has brought out the Nez Perce Leaders and tribal members to protest the crossing through their land.  It has resulted in arrests of some protesters.
