WORKING LOCALLY

Can we do this in Whatcom County?  Well, we already are but we are siloed into our own working/affinity groups.  Can we all come together into a cooperative group?  I am calling it, for now, The Community Development Cooperative.  The Public Market on Cornwall has space where we could come together and begin this work, in unity,  to better our community.  Such a cooperative could include issues such as Incarceration, Restorative Justice, Homelessness, Addiction, Mental Health , Peace,  Legal Services, Human Rights, Education, Food Resources, Environment, Health.  Coming together in this way would provide a place where local people, who want to be involved, could stop in, find a group that supports their passion, join in and begin to participate in such a revolution.
